Our optimization workflows draw on connected analytics accounts, search console data, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and competitor URLs to build and track your strategy.
This information is used only to shape recommendations, run automated SEO tasks, and populate the live reporting inside your client dashboard. We keep your site's performance data to ourselves — it isn't shared with outside parties, and every connected account token is encrypted.

Google Business Profile automation
To manage listings, reviews, and local visibility, we work with your Business Profile access, location details, customer reviews and replies, uploaded media, and local search insight data.
This powers scheduled posts, update automation, map-visibility monitoring, and faster review responses. Anything published through this module goes straight to Google's public platforms at your direction, and we operate within Google's API Services User Data Policy at every step.

WhatsApp Business API platform

We use that data to power automated replies, multi-agent support, marketing sequences, and lead qualification. For these conversations, you are the Data Controller and Openink Hub acts as Data Processor — which means securing proper end-user consent for WhatsApp outreach sits with you. We never sell or repurpose your end-users' chat data for advertising.

Our forthcoming content engine will rely on your stated content preferences, target keywords, brand guidelines, and CMS credentials (such as WordPress API keys).
That information exists solely to tune the AI's output to your brand voice and to automate drafting and publishing directly to your site.
