Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing OpenInk Hub. We dedicate substantial server resources, API allocations (such as WhatsApp Business API, GMB Automation engines, and AI infrastructure), and technical onboarding hours to deploy your custom workspaces immediately upon subscription.

Because our services are digital and instantly provisioned, we have established a strict yet fair Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. General Policy (Monthly Plans)

• No Refunds on Monthly Plans: All monthly subscription plans, custom project milestones (such as isolated SEO audits or standalone setup configurations), and trial runs are completely non-refundable.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current monthly billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

2. Quarterly & Annual Plans (Refund Eligibility)

Refund requests are explicitly only considered for clients enrolled in our Quarterly (3-Month) or Annual (12-Month) plans.

A. Post-Account Setup Restriction

• Standard Rule: Once your automated system, dashboard dashboard login, custom API bridge, or onboarding sequence has been fully provisioned and the Account Setup is complete, refunds are generally not allowed.
• Delivery of credentials or verification of functional backend tools via email constitutes a complete setup.

B. Genuine Exceptions & Pro-Rated Calculations

We understand that extraordinary or unforeseen business disruptions can occur. In verified, genuine cases (determined solely at the discretion of OpenInk Hub management), a partial refund may be approved under the following conditions:

1. Written Request: A formal refund request detailing a genuine justification must be submitted to info@openinkhub.io.
2. Pro-Rated Calculation: If approved, the refund will be calculated on a strict pro-rated basis for the remaining unused full months of the subscription.
3. Deductions: The cost of the setup fee, utilized months (billed at the standard non-discounted monthly rate), and non-recoverable third-party API costs (e.g., Meta WhatsApp message charges incurred) will be deducted from the initial lump sum prior to issuing the remaining balance.

3. How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automated billing:

• Log into your dashboard workspace at io and navigate to Account Billing.
• Alternatively, email a cancellation request to info@openinkhub.io at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled renewal date.

Upon cancellation, your automated workflows, AI blogging pipelines, or GMB scheduled operations will remain operational until the end of the paid term.

4. Processing Approved Refunds

Once a pro-rated refund is approved by our compliance team, the credit will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. OpenInk Hub is not responsible for localized processing delays imposed by your banking institution or payment gateway wrapper.
