Account registration & security

Where a dashboard requires registration, you agree to give accurate, current, and complete information, and you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you spot unauthorized use or a security breach.

Third-party integrations & API usage

Our platforms connect to outside networks like Google and Meta. Using our GMB or WhatsApp tools means complying with their respective terms — Google's API Services User Data Policy and Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms among them. We aren't responsible for disruptions, suspensions, or functionality changes those third parties make on their end.

Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You agree that your use of our tools won't break any applicable law. Specifically for WhatsApp:

• You are the Data Controller — you must obtain proper, legally compliant opt-in consent from end-users before automated messages go out.
• Spamming, messaging unconsented numbers in bulk, or broadcasting prohibited content leads to immediate termination.

You keep ownership of the data and content you feed into our systems; you grant us only a limited license to process, format, and transmit it to run your campaigns.

Fees, billing & subscriptions

Services are billed on a subscription or project basis, as agreed during onboarding. Payments run through our approved channels, and late payment may lead to automated suspension of your API access and dashboards. Refund and cancellation eligibility follows our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site, its source code, databases, functionality, AI workflow configurations, designs, and graphics are Openink Hub's property, protected under copyright and trademark law. Your active subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your own internal business operations.

Liability & disclaimers

Our tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We don't guarantee that SEO or GMB rankings will move by any specific amount — those algorithms sit entirely with third parties like Google. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our systems.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms, leave balances unpaid, or engage in activity that threatens our infrastructure's stability.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under them is handled exclusively by the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
