Third-party integrations such as WhatsApp API registration depend on approval timelines from providers like Meta. We're not liable for delays on their end, though we'll help you through the process every step of the way.

Custom deliverables
Custom digital content, strategy reports, or configuration work follows the specific roadmap laid out in your business proposal.

If delivery doesn't go as planned
Because delivery is electronic, most hiccups come down to communication or access barriers rather than logistics.
- Delivery counts as complete once access credentials are generated and emailed, or agreed campaign reports are sent.

We may suspend digital delivery, pause campaigns, or revoke platform access for non-payment, or for policy violations such as spamming through the WhatsApp API.
