Instead, we are committed to delivering our digital solutions efficiently and transparently.

1. Digital Delivery & Access

All products, services, and software licenses purchased on openinkhub.io are delivered digitally.

• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) & Automated Tools: Access to platforms (such as GMB automation, WhatsApp API, or SEO workflow dashboards) is provisioned automatically or within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment confirmation. Login credentials and activation details will be sent directly to your registered email address.
• Service-Based Deliverables: For custom SEO, AEO/AIO/GEO campaigns, and social media management, project timelines, milestones, and reports will be delivered electronically via email or our collaborative client portal as agreed upon in your Service Agreement.

2. Timelines and Deployment

• Standard Onboarding: Once payment is processed, our team begins the onboarding sequence. You will receive an initial setup communication within 1–2 business days.
• Integration & API Setup: Third-party integrations (such as WhatsApp API registration) are subject to approval and setup times by third-party providers (e.g., Meta). OpenInk Hub is not liable for external processing delays, though we will assist you through the setup.
• Custom Deliverables: Any custom digital content, strategy reports, or setup configurations will follow the specific project roadmap outlined in your custom business proposal.

3. Delivery Failures and Technical Issues

Since delivery is electronic, failures are typically restricted to communication or technical access barriers.

• Verification of Delivery: Delivery is deemed complete when access credentials have been generated and emailed to your provided email address, or when the agreed-upon campaign reports are transmitted.
• Bypassing Spam/Filters: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their email server accepts communications from info@openinkhub.io and check spam/junk folders.
• Technical Assistance: If you do not receive your access credentials within 48 hours of purchase, please contact our support team immediately at +91 9204135136 or via email at info@openinkhub.io for manual provisioning.

4. Client Cooperation and Delays

To ensure timely delivery of custom setups (such as SEO audits, Google My Business optimization, or Chatbot flows), we require timely input, assets, credentials, and feedback from your side.

• Impact of Client Delay: OpenInk Hub is not responsible for project delays or delivery failures resulting from a client’s failure to provide necessary access credentials, brand assets, or timely approvals.

5. Right of Refusal & Account Suspension

OpenInk Hub reserves the right to suspend digital delivery, pause ongoing SEO campaigns, or revoke access to automated software platforms under the following circumstances:

• Non-Payment: Failure to clear subscription dues or milestone payments.
• Policy Violations: Use of our automated tools or APIs in violation of our Terms & Conditions or acceptable use policies (e.g., spamming via WhatsApp API).

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our services are digital and resource-intensive from the date of acquisition, all purchases are subject to our formal Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy on our website to understand your rights regarding service terminations and refunds.
